You would might just use the theme installer WP already made. It should be able to do the job!

Login to your WP dashboard, select Appearance > Theme from the left side menu. You should see your uploaded theme there, click the 'Activate' link.

WordPress Admin panel has default options for theme installation. You can search themes or install it from local files. If there is still problems, post the errors in your thread.

I find a video in youtube may i think it will use for you
hxxp: // www[dot]youtube[dot]com / watch?v = jexUS43sdeQ
please remove space and [dot] for . and x for t.

Just a heads up, most free hosts will suspend you if you get to much traffic and some hosts just vanish into thin air.

This is a good guide.

Then another way would be the FTP Transfer. You could login to your account and make sure the folder your uploaded, when you access it, it contains all the files such as style.css etc - the root templates. Then you can use FTP to transfer to the folder which standard would be -> wp-content -> themes -> place it there. Once done, you can activate it at the first step which was quoted.

Upload the theme via FTP to your wp-content/themes folder Then go into WP Admin, Click Apperance, Design and Click Activate on the right one ;)

Echoing this! I've had nightmares with hosting companies. Check them out before you contract services! Wordpress is super user friendly and there's a plug in for just about anything you want to make your site do! Did you ever get your theme installed?
