Is there an app that i can install a 4/5g proxy or is there a particular phone that allows to install the mobile proxy directly in the smart phone its self?

Any help would be great. Thanks

Hello, yes, there are providers that can create a proxy directly. Generally, almost all Android phones, including Huawei, Samsung, and Alcatel, are suitable for this purpose.
 
There are apps like iproxy to setup automatically for you or you can do it by yourself, there are many guide online

what phone are you trying to do this on?
 
Oxylabs has a good app for android I'm not sure if it's on iPhone as well though
 
Most mobile devices should be able to apply mobile proxies on the connection settings. Otherwise, there's quite the number of apps you can use to apply a mobile proxy across your device so feel free to look around the app store.
