I have hurt my accounts listening to many methods here . The problem is what works for 2019 wont work for 2020 and if you do what they did in 2019 you will be fucked

1. I kept auto posting using same hashtags in each and every of my post, and my account still did not get shadow-banned although it did get rate-limited to not use hash tags anymore.
It all depends on how you manage your account, after all Instagram's algorithm has to trust you
It's just the botting scripts are unable to emulate user type actions and use Instagram's API so the main issue lies there. I have even made a script to connect to mobile API but it still action-blocks me as I am "making" API requests instead of doing it through their app.

Disagree with you. Botting is not dead even with public automation software. Have a bunch of clients who successfully doing it now. You just have to make sure your configuration is safe, warming accounts up, not too aggressive, use of right proxies

Use manual, I unfollow/follow over 200-300 people daily and gain at-least 50-100 followers. I unfollow and follow at the same time using my phone
Use manual ? Goodluck. It will take donkey months to build up your IG account.

For a nice start just follow many people and start unfollowing sometime in the future. Like follow 300 people everyday, and after some days start unfollowing 300 people everyday.
Be aware that there will be people that will never accept you and may accept you when you will be a big page with more than 10k+ followers.
In a nutshell, these are the private accounts that can accept you without knowing it you have sent them.

If you want to have 0 following, you have to unfollow all those.

Its dead dont waste ur time testing proxies and software. Those who tell you they still work with f/u and liking maybe gain 10-20 followers per day which is joke for any faster and serious growth. Not to mention the followers you get are garbage always because of the way you got them.

It won't take months, I am getting at-least 80+ to 100+ followers per day and that's only because I spent like 30 minutes. It's just like how automatic works, slow growth

The real answer is that all the botting shit is dead. You can do manual u/f but you'll run into a block on stupid ly low actions. It's dead

IG made scrict limits. Sometimes I try to do DM using my personal account and get action block but I don't do any mass actions at all.
