Is there a way to inject meta refresh tag to static html page of some website I do not own? Guy is playing really dirty and want to send him a joke back.

Please point me to tutorial or explain.

    Thanks in advance.

Not unless it somehow is a wiki, or you can mod the page. Im pretty sure if anybody could change any static html file.... The internet would be in trouble...

The only way to do that is to intrude his server.
