What do you mean by that?

I think he wants to manipulate the auto complete suggestions when you start typing a search term into Google.

The real problem: Once you stop, suggests will slowly but steadily return to the original state, the faster the more often a term is searched. Working against the masses can be really difficult, only works well with lower volume terms.
Hint: Look for microjob sites like Amazon Mechanical Turk, but make sure you know how to create the tasks the right way...or you'll see zero results. Forget about a software solution, won't work, even with a gazillion of proxies.
