I have a website that is DA31 DR41 PA48 SS0 in 27 days, so it only depends what kind of backlinks and other magics you use on it
but to achieve these numbers, without "tricks" it would take 2-8 years depending on the content maybe.

You need to make links for unindexed pages. If you share on forums (do not spam), even then they can get indexed.

These are just numbers by 3rd party apps, just know how to hack them.

This problem is being faced by lot of webmasters. Google is faced with so much content being fed by webmasters with AI tools that they made indexing harder now.
