Set up a 301 redirect from a trusted domain to your target URL. Then, submit and promote the redirected link. Just be careful not to overuse it, as it could lead to penalties.

So you mean redirect domain1.com/page to domaintoindex.com/page?
I don't think it's really safe this method.
