.
should i create a sitemap page, then give it a lot of backlinks?
or anything else..?

pls help

You might try sending social signals like mass retweets etc. I haven't done that personally but I heard it to be working from trusted first-hand sources.

For me it worked using google console.
I just submitted the sitemap. Actual there where about 100... but eventually google indexed most of the posts although they where mostly duplicate. :D
I did this 5-6 months ago.

I'm surprised by the number of people who don't know you can manually index links in consol instantly, 1 at a time. Im not sure how feasible that is in your case op with so many articles, but at least submit a sitemap like ^ said

What I used to do is install a WP plugin that randomizes the date 6+ months (required for next plugin to work) in to the past and then another to republish old posts. Then hooked the RSS feed up to social media accounts through IFTTT.

You can use the Google Search Console to index your pages. And share your links to more traffic sites like Quora, it may give you the opportunity to index the pages.

and how i can spam thousands of url to quora?

Very sincerely if he has trouble indexing is that the content is not relevant enough, the area can also be burned. I hope for you that this does not point to a money site ...

We did a test with content in this style, when we realized that it was not worth it, we changed the entire content of all pages keeping the same URLs and titles. About 600+ pages. We have passed all the site URLs in our indexer and 2-3 days after 90% indexing.

I can only invite you to do the same.
Add lots of comments to make Google doubt and indexed. He hasn't added you to his index but you seem to have another source of traffic, traffic that likes you ... what will he do? ;)

Remember, he is the best and to be the best you cannot miss opportunities.
A site which has a lot of traffic and which is not present in the top of serps would be the proof that its algorithm is bad.

Same when you send links to one of your sites, never stop even if your site is dancing or going very low.

I had like 1,000 articles on each sitemap.
And submitted about 10 each day.

However
maximum sitemap size is 50,000 URLs/50MB on google console
So you may get away easier and faster if you brake in larger batches like that.
