Trying to make third-party URLs index forcefully is not a good idea and can get you into trouble.

Have you tried any paid indexers? Sometimes paid indexers work just fine.

you can use indexer for indexing third party url.

If it's just for a few links, and if you have a separate domain setup in GSC that has healthy spidering, you can setup 301 redirects from the domain in GSC that point to the third party links, and request indexing of them via GSC. This method has a much lower strike rate than it used to, but can still work.

This method works great when you're just trying to index a small number of URLs, or get the homepage of a Web 2.0 site indexed. I use a dedicated site for this, and push a lot of "regular" content to it on a schedule so that Google is constantly crawling.
