I have tried adding them to google docs and making it public. I then publish the link to the doc on the website.

But this isn't helping.

Can anyone give me some advice on how i can do this please.

How many press releases do you need to index? One? 100?
  • If it's just one, personally I'd drop a link to it on some random subreddit and have someone give it 20 upvotes or so. That usually indexes most things. There are a lot of other ways to get a page indexed as well.
  • If it was a bulk press release, honestly it might not even be worth it to bother. A good number will get indexed on their own and the ones that don't probably weren't that great to begin with.

Press release links provides huge publicity as well as SEO for your business. The more people read about you, the more will come to know about you. The more people understand your purpose and objectives, the more likely you’ll be covered in the media and as mentioned before, remember to give them something worth publicising.

The main advantage is off-page SEO back-linking. When readers will click on he press release link that time they will be redirected to your website and as as result web traffic will be increased.

Optimizing your press releases and sending them out for SEO purposes will help you gain back the positive reputation you deserve, removing all your negative reviews to the back of SERPs.

Are your press releases no followed? How long that those links hasn't been indexed? Because sometimes it takes it time.

Well getting something indexed has all the same principle - you can either build links to the press release, or submit it to an instant link indexing service, and either way, it will get that press release indexed accordingly, if the content is good or can contribute to the reader.
Submitting it to an instant link indexing service is very quick, but it does not last.
Building links to the press release may take a little time, but the effect would stick, and link juice may even flow to your site at the end of the process as well.
