To get web 2.0 sites (parasites) indexed, create good content, add links, and wait for search engines to find and include them, but avoid using risky or spammy methods.

A good parasite would ideally have some degree of internal linking to your page, especially if it's a paid insert. If not, the general method judging by checking backlink profiles is to spam a load of links to your parasite page - the domain should be healthy enough to take it.

If your content is on a legit / high value parasite domain like Medium, dropping a link to your medium article on an established subreddit will quickly get your post indexed
