Does anyone know a solid method to get more of my links indexed in Google? I have many links that are not getting picked up and would like to know the best solution? I am currently running them through ping machine and using scrapebox rapid indexer but no joy, suggestions please?

Let them get indexed naturally. Quality backlinks will always be indexed.
If you want to speed up the indexing process, build backlinks to your backlinks, to add extra juice as well!

It depends on the kind of websites those links are on. If those websites are frequently updated or are high-PR (important), Google will index those backlinks faster. But it doesn't mean it will update its index with the data it has collected right away, just give it some more time for your links to show up in your seo backlink checker.
