How to index links on Moz's index?

I am not interested to index links on Google, but I want to index them on Moz.
Is there any way to trick roger bot or the dotbot index my backlinks into Moz's index?

I don't even know it's possible to index in Moz's index without doing it in Google.

From my personal experience, GSA links do the magic and moz will pick them up.
Basically, I struggled to index some links in bing and used gsa service (as tier 2) from here and bing and moz found my tier 1 links.

What the advantage is to get links indexed in Moz ?
Does it brings traffic ?

I think OP are faking Moz DA, so what's why he need it.
