Try this but I advise you to try with T2 links first.

my even web 2.0 tier 1 links are not indexed

Like others said, you can try pointing cheap links as T2 and see what happens.

Most link indexing tools, imo, are bullshit and rarely work. Time and links are what you need to index most sites.

Well if you want to index 10 links for free just PM me

you have to the quality of the links, you can get the indexed within 24 hours.

You try to use bulkaddurl

My backlinks indexed within 24 hours. You can check this: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/seo-tool-journey-to-rank-20-keywords-in-a-url.1166839/page-2#post-12503948

Elite Link Indexer is still a solid service. For links that haven't indexed of their own volition, I have around a 40-50% success rate when using Elite Link Indexer.

We use content marketing techniques to promote the blogs

1. Use content curation modules such as Scoop, Mix, Folkd...etc
2. Google entity stacking
3. Slideshare and other PPT sharing portals
4. Slide video sharing
5. Document sharing

Get high quality links, so it will get indexed organically.

Else, for indexing - built more links pointing to the above links
Like social bookmarking
Social shares
Again content curation system
Web 2.0's...etc

There are a couple of instant link indexing services that do a good job in indexing the links - some good ones can even get a link indexed within 24 hours time or less. But these instant link indexing service does not last - you'll find that your links get lost after 1 week, or after 3 months. Building T2 contextual links would get something indexed longer and it gets link juice flowing back to the site in the process, which is a win-win.

Most of the link indexing services doesnt work. Let google naturally find your website and I think that would be the best option.
