Can Any One Please tell me how to Index backlink Fast,

And Please Also Tell me How to Make Google Redirect backlink Index Fast and Create Google and Forum Redirect Backlink?

Create a google site and paste the links. It is the fastest way to index backlinks. If Google finds your backlinks worth indexing, then they will be indexed naturally. If you have backlinks that are violating the policies of Google, then you have to start worrying about it.

build your own indexer, I have an instruction on this forum. Now I can index 50-70% backlinks within 10-12hours or so
 
Create backlinks and then submit your link in GSC. When Google finds backlinks while crawling, it'll index your links on priority.
 
tier 2-3 links, comments, forum posts can help you.

We are talking about backlinks, how can I submitted backlink in google webmaster tool when it's not my site. It's just a site I've build backlink on.
