Like blogger method,
Publish post with your links connect with GSC.
Earlier I use blogger to do this, in 2019 I was facing issue with blogger then i use to start wordpress method.

what ever you do, please do not use gsa directly for indexing purposes. you will lower the quality of your backlink.
