Increase the traffic by using social signals, participate in the related forums, Also, submit to GSC, to see the results, wait for some time.

That also takes time. Google just sets a priority based on the inspection. but no guarantee when they will be indexed.
 
A lot of the paid link indexing services are currently still having issues after the Google loophole got closed up.
 
Just build some Tier 2 and it will index quickly.

try Reddit as well.

you can also use a ping service free to ping the URL to get google index you faster. (( might work)(
 
I 100% recommend speed-links.net they index all my backlinks very fast however it is a paid service but it is well worth it!
 
Wait for a week and build some social signals then track your results.
 
Post on high traffic links and share it social media like Facebook, LinkedIn it will help.
 
Wait upto 2 weeks for Google to find them, If they are not indexed, ping each of them which is free to do and Wait another week

You should be asking two questions:
  1. How can I get Google to crawl my page?
  2. How can I get Google to index my page?
The answer to the first question is either to let Google find it naturally, or to create signposts that the page exists (such as using social media shares).

The answer to the second question is that the page has to pass Google's quality requirements. This usually boils down to having good quality content (unique, not thin etc) and/or having other webpages linking to it.
 
Also keep in mind while build other backlinks to check is site's page is ranking on google?
Also analyse that page why those pages ranking you get an idea for each type of backlink to get index.
