From my view you have to wait for some time to index naturally in google. Or try some methods of indexing like webmaster tool, web 2.0, pinging tools or use some social network websites.

Submit your new blog to google search console.
Create article on your blog at last 1000words. You can use articlegenerator.org or textool.io/unique-silly-article-generator
To prevent plagiarism you can use https://www.rephrase.info/article-rewriter for those articles.
Insert your backlinks into your article, no max then 30backlinks.
Ask in Google Search Console for indexing url of article.
Also is better create new google account for this purpose.
This way you can create many articles on the same blog and with many new backlinks.
Indexing takes around 24hours.
