I submitted a post on 25.05 and made three changes since then. Requested indexing, and as you are probably guessing: my post still hasn't been indexed. G is pretty shitty these days.

Was this a page on your site where you could request directly to GSC or where you did the blogger type trick for a link from another site?

My post was successfully indexed and even I hit the second page with the manual check.

its page on my website, directly link to GSC. Today I did some changes on the page again(mostly anchor) and it got indexed.

It's not question about indexing article and/or owned url but backlinks - it means 3rd party url.

Backlinks are the bone of your Website and if they are not indexing properly, this clearly means they are not working anymore.
So,

* Have some patience
* Submit backlinks to google webmaster tool
* Ping the URLs
* Make use of Social Networking websites
* Use web2.0
