Create a many backlink but most of not indexed.how to free method of indexing backlink and its working now.

This has been a HOT topic since I've been a practitioner of SEO . With there being 2 index's ( IMHO ) the forward facing index that everyone sees, and the master index that Google sees all of the links but shows only a fraction of what they have crawled. With all of this being said the issue OP is never getting links indexed, but keeping links indexed in the forward facing index. Indexers and other tools or ways to index backlinks work regardless if they are free of paid ways. So it is hard to pinpoint the #1 best way of indexing links that will stick in the SERP regurdless if it is a paid option or not.

My best advice is to build out higher quality links to achieve a higher rate of indexation to achieve your SEO goals in 2020.
 
If you're building good links that are worth indexing, then just link them from a site that you have within a new post, fetch that post into GSC, once indexed wait a bit to see how many links it will index, than delete the post from your site. If this won't index your posts, nothing else will.
 
I mostly use blogger. create a blogger account and link it to your GSC then write a post with your links in it and get it indexed by requesting reindexing in GSC. when reindexing is done, your links should be picked up.
