How to index Backlink on Google - Any good method?

Yeah, I know maybe it's a very silly question but for now, I am facing really painful issues when I am giving SEO services to my client. Those backlinks still didn't index on google which I created 4 months ago. I tried lots of indexer tools but nothing works for me. So, what are you guys using right now it will be more helpful if you guys give me some ideas or any methods for indexing backlinks much appreciated.

I know and I tried a few of them but didn't get good results do you guys have any proven results with any of the services? Since you guys are experienced.
 
First try to build links from trustable sites.
Try google search console to index your links

Most of these links contains noindex tags and they won't index in Google.
 
Try to share your links on social media site and push them with tier links.

Try indexing service like indexzing and linkindexingexpert from the marketplace section. Ask them for a trial first.
