Not Possible, but you can try social sharing and indexing tools, otherwise make links from a high authoritative websites, it will index fast.

yeah, one of my sites gets links crawled withing 24 to 48 hours and generally show in index after 5 days.
but google bot never indexes t.co, bit.ly links.

Based on your content and keywords. The coupon sites frequently update their database with new coupons. So, Google algo regularly crawls them and indexes their pages.

Yeah, it works. More social sharing brings more traffic to your webpage and it lets Google know about it naturally.
