Friends I have got some backlink from comments site now i want to index it quickly google,yahoo and other search engine .Can anyone help me about this matter.

There are several indexing services around here. You can try them.
If you have links in bulk, you can get the paid versions of them.

First use a mass pinging service. Then use GSA SEO Indexer and set the # of threads to a higher count. Normally these 2 steps index a very good % of links. Then send social signals to the remaining amount of links. This process can index all of your links...

If it's a blog comments, I suggest not to bother indexing it, since a lot of commenter will do it for you. but if you really need to do it. just use mass pinger like pingfarm.

There are 2 ways:
1. Try using free ping service websites like pingler or pingoat to ping these url's
2. Find URL submitter for each search engine & submit these URL's
