How to index a website fast

Weird as it is I am seeing more and more posts about indexing a website .
People here is a method that I have been using to index my websites and all its pages as well as pages update
1- submit your site map
2- ping your website
3- the most important part - USE GOOGLE CIRCLES AND GOOGLE PROFILES

Everytime I update my website or add a new page , I use the website google circle and post the link in there , The page get indexed within 12 hours , sometimes it takes less then 1 hour .

I think simply if you share it in Google + and if you get some of the visitors from them it will be indexed faster than ever.

Few social bookmarks and it should be indexed.

After this thread I think I will start considering Google+ for my websites. Never knew it helps so much. Are there any more benefits?

Your idea is good .
But did you tried it in your business or you just going through it and making some sort of experiment with it.

I use it on regular bases , the last experiment I had is when one of my designers did the mistake of letting a WP blog getting indexed while it is under construction . so the pages were pretty much showing the template content in google ( put content here , put content here , put content here....)
I updated the content of each page and submit the URL of each page to Google Circles , booom 24 hours and all the junk disappeared from google
