How to index a Link faster?

Use link indexers that can work
For a small number of links use blogger, add your blogger to your GSC, preferably separate from the one you use for your money site (you don't want to leave footprints). Create an article, doesn't have to be big or original, insert your link, run the URL (of the article) through GSC, 'inspect URL' and then 'request indexing' Your link will be indexed fast. And it's free. You can do it over and over with different links. Have fun! That's how most indexing services work, except instead of blogger they use WP websites.
How can i be so sure mate if it is working or not?

the blogspot link Indexed almost instantly but the medium blog i posted on the article didnt index.
You just sent a google bot to crawl your medium post. Give it some time, it'll be indexed.

You can index these for free by just sharing them on a few Social Networks, even empty accounts are okay for this to be done.

Bulkaddurl is bad, I'm not saying but I know they sometimes do wrong results. I also see that they are currently showing the link index but after 2 days I see that link is no longer available on Google.

For these type of links, i don't get it why people need to pay, when they can be indexed freely as i mentioned above.
they have trial version mate? atleast i can use for a while if it is really working.

No they don't have a trial version Mate ... but the tools work well as I've seen.
