Considering most of the working indexing services charge anywhere between $0.01 and $0.50 per url, that would be $1k minimum before discounts. It might be better to hire a dev to build your own indexing system at that price.
If you have existing hubs listing these doorway pages, it might be better to batter those with backlinks (try saying that 3 times quickly!) to encourage spidering.
