What is the fastest way to index 10,000+ pages at the time fast?

I submit a sitemap to google and ping but is there a faster better way to do it?

I'd advise the marketplace here. There are a few threads that index bulk amounts of links for a set price.

Just putting it inside of Google Search Console won't serve you much for your specific needs, so I would recommend that you look for a bulk indexing tool, maybe you can find it here or search it based on these criteria.

sitemap.xml is the best way to let google crawl your urls in single day, 1 or 10K.
also a HTML sitemap on your blog/site will help googlebot directly crawl the page.
Also, send this HTML sitemap to indexers/third-party link indexing services, and withing few days your maximum links would be indexed.

Indexing is pain in ass now a days.
Try third party indexing service there are few in marketplace with good index ratio
