How to increase website traffic

if website have 2k above do follow backlinks & traffic is zero. why traffic is zero due to 2k backlinks.

your content is unique? your social ?

backlinks is not equal to traffic.

Having a bazillion links doesn't equate to higher rankings. Quality not quantity!

Having 2k is not worth than having 100 related backlinks.

Quality of backlink is important. Try to get a link from the relevant site, this can help.

The best way to get backlinks is to email a relevant company and offer to fix their broken links by replacing them with your nice fresh links.. has to be relevant though. Stick to your niche. Let me know if you don't know what I mean.. very easy method, doesn't cost money and you can hand pick for more relevance.. Better than paying some punk to do nothing but damage your rankings with aload of shitty backlinks! You have to be very careful! Hope this helps. This is my first time in here. There is no direct relation between the number of backlinks and traffic.
Backlinks from the high traffic website can bring some traffic to your site.
Apart from that backlinks from low/no traffic sites can help you to get some amount of link juice from those sites. We are doing that because google considering the referring signal from other sites as one of the ranking factors.

Check the quality of your content also check the backlinks and make sure they are niche relevant.. Work on keyword research you will definitely get traffic
