I have a website, after doing on page and off page activities. My websites give me the desire results but not in locally. When i use google.com it give me better result in comparison to google.co.in, but my team want to better result in local searches. How to improve my website in local?

From the quick glance I gave the site, doesn't seem you did on page properly. Go back and optimize the tittle tags to include city/location.
