BAcklinks are mostly related to my niche and not sure about how to check spam score but i did research and it was good.
about content, I tried to post every single day using targeted keyword and once done, I publish on my FB page. But I do not have many followers yet. I did not use any blackhat tool so far

Kind of confused by all the advise given so far. Most of the responses have nothing to do with increasing DA.
To increase DA all you need is a bunch of high DA backlinks from high DA domains. If there are 7,000 back links, how many are from different domains and what is thier DA? Each additional backlink from the same domain does little to increase DA. You need links from a lot of domains with high DA.
DA is a Moz metric and recently they changed how they calculated their DA metric. Most sites had their DA cut in half. So keep that in mind when looking at DA.
Lastly, don't get concerned with this arbitrary metric created by a third party. Instead follow some of the advice the others have given and monitor keyword ranking and not third party metrics.

backlinks are from 2300 domains and their metrics are different, variation from poor to good i'd say
Better DA helps to get Ranking or it does not matter?

Da will grow by time anyway. Focus on quality all way around.

nah its not the gold goal to get higher DA. just noticed that was stuck for a while and was wondering if my ranking was blocked for some reason

DA and all the other metrics are just informative given by the algorithms of whatever website you check on. You can find and check DA 70 website ranking for 20 keywords and also a DA 30 website ranking for 20k keywords.

One more thing it gets increasingly harder to increase your DA as your sites DA increases. In other words, it's very easy to go from 0-10, a bit tougher to go from 10-20, but beyond that, it starts to get exponentially tougher. Thus requiring much better and a higher volume of backlinks to move the needle.

Without knowing your link profile, anchor profile and budget it would be hard to recommend a service.
If you have 2,300 referring domains and not ranking then you likely have several issues. Make sure you address the following before you look into buying more links.
- On page - is your content original, thorough and properly using keywords.
- What does your anchor profile look like? Branded and naked URLs should be the most used anchors.
- Backlinks should be niche relevant. Not just the article that they are linking from but the entire domain should be relevant to your niche.
- Low-quality backlinks. Backlinks should be of high quality for your money site. Spammy low-quality links are good for tier 2 and above. But never for your money site.

What are the qualities of the 7000 backlinks you have? One good backlink can give your website more juice than those 7000 backlinks.

how to determine exactly the backlink quality? I'd say they use english only in my niche mostly
