Work on both On page and Off page SEO. Build with high quality backlinks not with low quality backlinks.

You could increase a site's authority by building high quality, relevant links.
But is that your ultimate goal?
For instance, a site selling "Wedding Choreography Packages" may have a goal of increasing sales by X%.
Simply increasing DA on it's own may not do this.
Creating quality content that informs and converts visitors and driving traffic from wedding related sites may have a better chance.

DA is not important unless you want to sell your site or sell guest posts, if that’s the case use services which boost your DA or get relevant high authority links

DA is just a third party metric which is not important unless you are planning to monetize by selling links or guest posts.

@Headlines News - what are you trying to do? improve third party metrics so that you can sell your site or sell links on it or improve your ranking?
you really need real search traffic to increase your authority from google perspective

What is it your site about? that might help us give you better advice
Depends on your niche. I think you can find some on fiverr and here. just ask what sites they offer and do your research to see if it is follow or nofollow link in the post.. I have seen people buy links on huge sites like "Forbes, Yahoo News" Id find a few of the biggest sites in your niche and email them and offer to do an interview or contribute some value by appearing on their blog, podcast etc, and often times they will give you a brand name anchor back to your site...this is the most powerful backlink imo....

Building QUALITY backlink from relevant HQ blogs will provide good results. check the marketplace forum you will find plenty of sellers
