How to increase watch time and Subscribers.

Can anyone guide me how to monetize my youtube channel from zero... kindly tell me plz what to do.

One way to get your channel monetized is to upload videos on average 30 with an average duration of 10 mins per vid this will help to increase the estimated watch hours in order to meet YT requirements before monetization "Focus on Quantity and not the Quality" and target adequate keywords & tags surrounding the topic the video is based on in your niche .

Also ensure that in the videos you encourage your viewers to subscribe by adding text or using a subscribe animation at various points of your videos, don't spam it as it will seem too try hard and the viewers might find it annoying.

You can also try this, it will require you to do most of the work but it can help your channel to meet the requirements much faster than just letting the algo bring people to your videos. So basically just create different Gmail/YT accounts that have no relation to your main channel and subscribe to your channel and each time you upload a video go on each account like and watch the video in its entirety. Overtime you will see your watch time increase and your channel might start to get some traction from the algo to bring in more viewers.

If you are too lazy to do that and you have capital to invest in an already monetized channel by all means buy one and skip the hassle of grinding through the monetization phase.
