You can post your videos on social platform like PromoRepublic,SproutSocial,Pinterest,etc and put popular hashtags by this you can get more followers

I think it is pretty same as any other social media platform. Post good content, engage with others, comment on their videos, use the popular hashtags, collaborate with fellow users, post regularly and share your content on IG etc. This will hopefully get you more views.

Check the most popular hashtags and which hashtags are trending that day (It changes every day or every 10 hours I believe), I've had some success doing that.
