How To Increase Torrent Speed ( Utorrent) or other

Hi Lets say you have really slow internet connection , is it possible to increase your torrent speed? i can't download any torrent right now, its frustrating.Any tricks that could work? i have heard of using VPS but not exactly sure how to implement that.

Lol :/ i honestly would like to upgrade my internet contract but sadly i cant find good prices for uncapped , so i'm just browsing around for any way to help increase the speed. Slow internet is such a pain ,srs
