How to increase time before google play suspension?

I've uploaded an app to google play that uses mario bros images, the three first times that I've did that google took one week to ban my app. Now google is banning my app after 6 hours. Each time I uploaded the app in a new account, what can I do to increase the time my app let to get banned?

yes, I've changed the package name, the Icon, the sign key, the description. But google keeps banning my apps in 6 hours or less.
