How to increase TF/DA of PBNs?

Safest way is to buy legit links with high TF/DA and then link back to your site - then you'll need to spend a good load of money to achieve that.
Blackhat way to increase DA - just a whole lot of automated built-backlinks will gradually increase DA to 40+-ish
There is no blackhat way to increase TF - a site that is trusted and with a clean link profile, will have TF, and only through these sites linking back to you will increase your TF.
Unless, if you purchase sites with high TF, and do a 301 back to your site - that will work as well. But prepare to spend $$$ purchasing sites with high TF, as these are expensive as well.

Ah I see.
The point of a PBN is to acquire websites that already have this in place from natural, clean link profile.
I suggest you invest more into getting high TF domains right away. It will be cheaper than building tier 2 links yourself.
Also, if you want to do this on a greater scale, quality of the tier 2 links will inevitable go down.
You will spam your own network and the whole purpose of owning a PBN will be defeated.

Get links from High Authority sites and get links for your inner pages to increase the PA.And get links from High TF sites to increase your site TF well.
Do more .edu/.gov backlinks and guest posting backlinks, etc.

This is not a voting to who is the best seller! This is recommending a seller to others if he helped you in the process before. There are top notch sellers to your worst fuc***ng nightmare sellers available here in bhw. If i seek the knowledge of an experienced person, its not bad at all.
