So, my videos get a lot of views and I'm partnered but the thing is I don't obtain a lot of searches on my videos... Most of my videos when they get views is when popular blogs posts my videos. My one video a lot of people liked, it has over 1000 likes, 160,000 views but the search for the videos is low...

I followed the rules, keywords in title, description and tags, Spread it on reddit, post to twitter, Over 25 blogs posted it (can only see 25 even though I know there's more).. The 25 blogs all combined makes 122k+ views so it does have a lot of backlinks.....

Is there a way I can increase searches?

All you stated above is the good way to increase searches, but what title does your video have? Does it state the game's name?(assuming you have a gaming channel because of your user name here). People search a video using the game's name and "walkthrough" or "gameplay" after. The views that you obtained are for real or are they bots? You mentioned about posting them on 25 blogs or so but they could also use this kind of gimmicks.

If you already done keyword and meta work and its not in search, add this in your analytics and under social option. and do some video URL submission. and share URL on Google Plus..

They are all real views, real gaming sites like, kotaku, gameinformer, polygon, gonintendo, theverge, etc... They aren't gameplays, more of like montages of different games but sometimes it's the same game.
