I think blackhat tricks not working now due to new GOOGLE updates.
what is your opinion?
my website rank too low in year 2013.before this i have top 5 position in google.
what can i do now to increase my website rank?

Do you have a site-wide penalty? If you're not ranking, you need some backlinks...

If you're site is penalized, it's time to start from scratch.

If you're ranking using Black Hat methods, always keep updating the methods to keep up with Google's changes.
Panda, Penguin Bla Bla there was and there will always be a way in Black Hat World. So sit tight..

Check your site affect from penalty. Afterwards think to implement "Content Marketing" Strategy. Best for 2014 google updates also. You can create Infographics, E-books, Article Marketing, Guest Post Marketing, Blog Post Marketing, Comics, Whitepaper, Research Paper,.

Sure 'll increase your inbound links and referral backlinks also increase too. Try it. Cheers

There is no magic trick to rank sites. This forum is full of good ways of how to increase your SERP, but people are so lazy these days that they want everything served. Read, read and read or leave.

Build quality links and do not spam.
If you have a penalty it would be easier to start with a fresh website.

All you need to do is to write quality contents and create backlinks with that. content writers are available in plenty over here for cheap & quality. Find them in freelancer section. Quality matters the most.

You says you have top 5 position earlier and then you went down. Could be a case of penalty or you might be unaware of recent updates. Take time to study your links and find out what is going wrong with you. Get diversity and quality links. Gud luck
