What reviews are you referring to? In general there are few basic things you can do that applies to every type of service that requires customer reviews like follow up with the customer via phone or email, put a link on a thank you page to redirect to review page or you can simply buy reviews.
 
Seems like OP is asking, how to increase reviews on platforms like google Facebook yelp etc the whitehat way

Make a modal box to capture emails of your customers, and tell them to give you reviews, for example.
You can tell them you will give them 20% an item or you will give them a chance to win a gift card
after you have confirmed a review from their side. Hope this helps!

if you want to get reviews free then ask your customers and if you want to buy reviews then post on "Want To Buy" section
