my site is continuously decrease (ranking) during Nov.2016. Actually i track some sites and result is all sites is continuously decrease.

This could be that your competitors are doing a lot of good optimization on their domains than yours. You can do and maintain doing this: update your site and add quality content; innerpages linking, build links to authority sites, do guest post, do stuff to increase you traffic. Also do onpage seo checking your design, tags, content.

Concentrate on your ON page methods.
Get quality contents instead of quantity.
Get quality backlinks.
Optimize your images while you have image in your site.
Try to get more traffic from social networks.
And keep updating your blogs.

You need to check the backlinks of your site if you build any before. Remove the bad links and keep building backlinks in high authority sites. Avoid the duplicate content in your site.
Best of luck mate. :)

Use quality and relevant content. Update your blog regularly. Share your posts on social medias like IG, FB, Twitter, and Google + etc.
Do keyword research and target some long-tail-keywords. Build quality PBN backlinks, Guest posts and Authority links.

So many things matter. Onpage must be sound, backlinks won't hold a ranking alone.

Page title and meta description are important thing that you should consider about ranking

Check your website backlinks and remove spam links and try to get some Quality links with good traffic blogs.

At the same time Build your social media pages also.

First of all and before do some actions, do a complete checkup.

1. Did you make some backlinks since you ranking decrease ?
2. Do you keep Google in freshness with new articles and pages ?
3. Did you check the difference between your website and your mains competitors ?
4. Do you think that you have do your best for rank in #1 ?
5. New version of your website ? Did you do 301 redirections ?

You said that you track others website (competitors I suppose), what kind of website are ranking right now? Google love to change websites types are ranking on some keywords. Do you provide the answers to the queries ?

Think everything before disavow links and other stuff.

Could just be you losing links, competitor gaining links, or a mix of both.

Have you checked your competitor site for their linking methods / sources ?

If you are ready buy links means,
My advise is not to buy cheap back link. Get a back links from high authority websites. Get back links from different domain. Niche relevant sites back links will give more traffic to your site.

Rankings decrease will occur mainly due to non-quality links targeting to your site and maybe some of the broken links.Make the full analysis of your site in both ON-page and OFF-page because both have equal importance in ranking.

While considering on page check with the site loading speed, Bounce rate, click-through rate, etc., these will be the major facts in on page optimization.

In Off page check with the backlinks history, remove the links with the high spam score. Then, keep building links to your site from high Authority sites and connect your site with social media too because it's the free and easy way of getting traffic to the site.

My tips:
  • Verify or check search console in Google Webmasters (Webmaster Tools) and see if there any messages from Google regarding manual actions. If so, fix said issues.
  • Make sure content is not over-optimized (keyword stuffing etc), it's easy to overdo it.
  • Fresh content is a huge indicator from updated blogs/new pages, etc. Make sure site is updated consistently.
  • Make sure site is responsive or adaptive in design, meaning it adapts to the device it is being viewed with. Huge ranking factor, especially mobile.
  • Make sure page load speed is kept to a minimum, and consider AMP (accelerated mobile pages) to increase load speed on mobile which results in a ranking boost.

You can fix it know, read and take action with above info, post back How it go's

There has been a major update in november, a major clusterfuck with the reversal of the update, and now fluctuations.

If you went down, then other sites went up. Check those sites and see what they're doing differently.

Bartosimpsonio, do you have a source or more information about the update and reversal? I hadn't heard about this other than rumors. TIA

My only source is my own SERP tracking. Also I know other "guru" blogs reported on it.
