You impressions are dead that means your keywords are not ranking. Publish a new article with easy to rank keyword and check if rank like in top 100? If not your site is back into in sandbox.

Improve your headlines and meta descriptions to spark curiosity and match user intent, so searchers are compelled to click.
Then, enhance your site’s speed, mobile-friendliness, and visual engagement to reduce bounce and encourage deeper exploration.

That's an issue, he isn't even making it to the SERP at all. He's definitely going after keywords that are too difficult for his site's current authority to push through.

How old is the website ? Google does not give priority in rankings to new website. You can let the website age with consistent content and then see the results.

In your case, I'll check :

1- Technical SEO issues : check if your main pages are indexed. Also, how long is the indexation after you publish a new article? If it takes a long time, or worse, the article is not indexed at all, you have a huge site health problem which needs to be fix asap.

2- Keywords Research : as your site seems new, you should focus on writing good articles focused on low competition keywords (as IM Dude said), it should help ranking your site on these keywords and overtime gain traffic. But before doing that, check your site health, because it is the foundation of your website.

3- Meta title and description optimization : after you've done site health optimization (if needed) as well as written and published some good quality articles focus on long tail keywords, you can optimize your meta title and description to boost your CTR and ranking even better for your targeted keywords.

Just a reminder for metas :
- only meta title can be optimize for keywords, meta desc is only useful for user (can boost CTR)
- You should focus only one keyword in your meta title, the one you want your page to rank for
- keep your metas relatively short in order for them not to be truncated

Target extreme low difficulty keywords even if they have low volume. Interlink content and form clusters. Drive traffic through external sources like social media platforms.

your problems are NOT clicks, you have a decent CTR, the problem here is content. You need to either 1) improve your current and existing content and/or 2) publish a hell lot more.

295 impressions in the last 90 days is NOTHING!

Try improving your title and meta description to get more clicks. Also, post fresh content regularly and build a few good backlinks - that should help your impressions turn into clicks.

Improve your On page SEO so Google know what your page is about, title, meta description, post regularly, try to get some backlinks naturally, but don't buy backlinks they will destroy your website, so avoid black hat tactics, they are dead in these times of Google's AI, and the age of a website is also very important, Google trust old websites which are 10 years old or more, fresh websites need a lot of time to be indexed by Google even if you work with "good" keywords, there is nothing like good keywords anymore, times has changed.

Choose some lower competition keywords. Create backlinks especially from sites that have real peoples and it should improve your rank to get audience for your site

You must do proper SEO by a SEO specialist, and you can do backlinks also
