Any good tips for increasing group members? (general group or in specific niches)

I saw a group in my country
with 100k members that allow you post everything to promote ur service ,business and stuff.. and I see that it's really active and give lots of leads in some posts.

How could I create something like this nowadays?

The fastest way is to join other niche related groups and post to promote yours. Be carefull to not over spam or you will get banned.

Regular posting on niche groups should work. Make sure you add value with your posts so people have a reason to join your group.
