I would not advice buying followers. You'll end up losing them after a few days, weeks or months. I've heard from others that have bought followers, that they start to magically lose them a few days after the 21 day or 30 day free refill options. Or after a week if no free refill.

Fake followers do you no good, other than having a vanity number. You'll waste money, time and have big headaches after a few months when they start dropping from your account.
 
massplanner was the best tool to increase the follower.. but they shut down their server..
 
Use tags to increase the exposure of your posts, use Facebook and upload your own posts as well.
And if you want to buy some better for you than a quality provider (there are some) their followers do not fall and they are real and active followers:D
 
use program like instranker or instazood.

Keep posting regularly and use tags.
 
1. Use 30 related hashtags for your niche/post
2. Use an bot to like posts in your own niche
3. Post on same time/day/moment
4. Use Tags on your own picture with your own Tag
5. Comment on pictures related to your niche
6. Add a location to your picture
7. Use other social media platforms for more exposure. For example I used to watch streams all the time, I started streaming myself and promoting my own IG.
