How to increase index speed?

My posts are now index after 7 days but posts of the sites in my niche are index like within 1 hour. How can I increase index speed??

Well, for the exercise of getting new posts indexed, send them to the new post. It's not the most cost-effective method, but it works. Quality social signals too... not that SMM Panel garbage
 
You can send the page to pinging sources (you can automate this, WP brings an automation system by default) or manually index the pages through Google Search Console

I auto share my post on fb, Twitter, pinterest, tumblr, LinkedIn, Flickr by ifttt. Is it enough or I need to buy?

Well, what's done to the social media posts? Facebook likes/shares, twitter retweets/likes, etc?
 
Connect your site to Google search console and submit your new URL. Should be indexed within minutes up to an hour.
 
The speed of index depends on your site quality. Add more quality content frequently. Get more traffic. This improves your site authority which will eventually increase the indexing speed.
