How to Increase Homepage PR

Hi guys,

For the purposes of appealing to advertisers I need to increase the pagerank of a homepage. What's the best way to do this onpage wish (apart from the obvious building links to that page). I'm internal linking from all of the other pages where possible - anything else recommended?

get links from other pages that are related. normal commenting will do so as to pass pr juices. but this will really take time as per youll have to wait for the next PR update yet.

Get a link from other website, from a page that has Pr6 - PR7 - Pr8.

At the moment I can get you PR8 link for $600, permanent link, but no one can guarantee that PR8 will stay.
This link would guarantee that your website has PR5 (from PR0), If you have PR5, you would have PR6.

Also Available PR7 for $400, same as above, permanent link, but no one can guarantee that PR will stay.

I bought one PR7 5 days ago, looks pretty shitty he he, but it is PR7, will wait to see the effect with next Google Pr Update.
PR7 would guarantee a PR4 for your website if it is PR0 at the moment.
