I want to increase google search rank for my website.

As far as I know... link building, social boomarks, drive visitors in my site, google webmaster tools, etc.

Is there anything else, I don't catch something?

You need to start with the basics and understand SEO better. Learn both about on page SEO and offpage.

I played on Naver. ( South korea search engine )

Naver is very different from Google.

So my brain gets a little confused.

Your page must have keywords you think people will search for.
 
I would recommend you to read seo blogs like moz. It's really useful. You will get a lot of knowledge, but the main idea is use this information in right way. I want to say that practicing in seo is the most important thing.
