How to increase Google Rankings for foreign websites?

Hi all,
I wonder how I'd increase the google rankings for my foreign niche websites (German). I thought about buying some high quality PBN links but all offers will include links from english content websites / blogs.
Will this be a problem? Or will this work, too? What would you recommend? Which service would you recommend? I don't want to see my websites get penalized because of links from websites with different languages (if this is something what google is after)

its not strange to have links from different language sites , but of course if you get 10 pbn in english language and all 10 in english language that is suspicious.

But if they are a minority that fine, but you should look into creating your own PBN in german language

Why not buy your own German PBN domains and set up a network?

Setting up my own PBN is
- expensive
- time consuming
- and I can not find .de domains with good metrics

English links will work. Nothing unusual about that, but it's not very natural. That said, using a PBN is not natural either.

Linking English content to German website won't be an issue.

But if all of your backlinks are same like this, It's not a right strategy. You have to get links from german content too.

If you keep doing English content link to German website. It will be problem in future.

So simple, what are all you do for english content ranking do the same to german website, yes contents should be on german language. so you will get more advantages.

It will be a hit-and-miss if you are to link from English contents with German anchors. You may have success using them but high is the chance that it will hurt you in the long run. So better stick with German sites.

You could try buy some links from PBN sellers. There are some that might have .de sites/blogs on their hands

Did not ever find a seller who offers German PBN links ....
