how to increase google analitycs view?

Hi everybody, i have to face this problem:
one friend of mine owns a website (about 500 views per day) and gave the online marketing side to a web agency, tired of lots of fights with them they will stop the contract and from next week i will have to take care about it, the main problem seems that this webagency was generating traffic with viral emails (on website there is no adsense program), my problem is that when they will stop this service, visits will drop down immediately! So i have to find a way at least to guarantee that amount of visits and in the meanwhile doing white SEO.
Any suggestions? Software that i can use (freeware or shareware would be great since i will not be paid for it)?

If so then you can buy some fake traffic, but their analytics data will show strange traffic sources and your client will soon realise that your cheating them. Also the 0% conversion rate might be a bit of a giveaway too.

Cant you just explain to them that SEO does not happen overnight and that if they want to maintain traffic that they will need to use some form of advertising until they are getting organic traffic.

Honestly, if a client cant understand and accept this, your better of not working with them anyway.

thanks gst, yes is fake traffic as the one for hits, but problem is that fake hits traffic is not recognised by google, as i understand is done through ping by proxies, and is some sort of good for alexa...in this is a website with no adsense and not a proper conversion rate,no selling through it, not lead generation, is only to show that i can keep the same amount of traffic as the guy before....i suppose he was using viral mail (that i'm quite newbie to it and would like to better understand how it works), but i have no proofs at all, i suspected because 80% source is direct ...anyway i cannot show the smoking gun to the owner of webiste

on friday i will meet the company that was doing this trick...i will try to understand what they mean with viral mail and how tehy generate views that are counted by g analitycs...i hope.....as for now they are stopping this service and obviously the website is goin down down down...even if i started a backlink strategy

Can't you explain to your friend that the views were fake and he was basically scammed by the web agency? (I'm assuming he wanted genuine views/customers W/E not bots) And after explaining this to him do it right and get some organic traffic?
