How to increase G +1 for website ?

You can try using a Social bar, share buttons which has G + 1, so your visitors can +1 it and it'll grow naturally in time.

On a serious note.. On followlike.net (social exchange site) you can get +1's for your site, but you pretty much have to pay for the paid membership to get them since there's so few members over there that they'll only go for the offers that offer the most points (paid membership allows you to offer more points).
But... the majority of users are real users using good profiles, so there's more chance of your +1's sticking, and the cost is really low too..

On the legit and easy side of things, check out a google community for your profile niche. I get about 50-150 legit +'s a day by posting twice to one specific community.
