How to increase Facebook Page Feedback Score?

Anyone have any ways to artificially boost a Facebook Page Feedback Score? This is for the business portfolio in regards to advertising, not facebook page reviews. I currently have a 4 (which is good), but I ideally want it to be as close as 5 as possible.

It looks like there were maybe 3 negative reviews regarding shipping speed from back in January/ Feburary, the score is still at 4 despite nothing for March and April.

I know there's the workaround of setting custom conversion events, but I don't want to eliminate ROA tracking. I know historically people have used CSF Solutions, but that business has now gone under. Are there any legitimate services that increase feedback score? I've heard they're all a scam now?

And yes, I know giving the best customer experience is the best solution. However a lot of the products I sell are made to order/ custom order, which means lead times of upwards of 2 months. Its written in bold in the description and I have disclaimers everywhere. But people still don't read and there's always a small minority that complains. Literally nothing I can do about shipping times because I'm not the manufacturer.

It's easy, hire some experts to increase your feedback score, they will use copy to do this.
 
try keeping the cx in the loop , never ignore their complaints . try to resolve it in PM . once you start ignoring them , they get tense and start going on public forums , dragging your name through the mud. so instead try convincing them by saying you will be sending them something free for their inconvenience and maby put in something small or a discount on next purchase from your end in their package.
 
Boost your Facebook Feedback Score by encouraging positive reviews, quickly addressing negative feedback, clearly communicating shipping times, sharing customer testimonials, engaging actively with your audience, considering reputation management tools, and being patient.
